Blanched asparagus in phyllo dough with sour cream & red onion dipping sauce.	Fresh oysters on the half shell dressed with chopped apples, red onions & tarragon vinegar.	Fresh figs stuffed with goat cheese & crème fraiche.
Paté Choux (cream puff shells) stuffed with stilton cheese & heavy cream.	A medley of cheddar & parmesan touilles, oven dried prosciutto & crustini.	Individual Coquille St. Jacques, served in a hot scallop shell with a parmesan cheese sauce.
Cream of watercress soup	Turbans of dover sole: Stuffed - one with Carrot puree - one with Turnip puree accompanied with asparagus	Cheese display: seedless red grapes, fresh strawberries, granny smith apple dipping sauce.

  If you don't eat red meat, don't worry. Chef Stan can offer you meals such as turkey and a black bean chili, or maybe you'd prefer the lime and cilantro marinated shrimp or any number of various poultry, meat-free or vegetables entrées.
